एक नाई लोगों की मालिश करते करते ऊब गया और दुःखी होकर कुंये में गिर कर अपनी जान दे दी ।
गिरने की आवाज सुन मेंढ़क के सरदार ने पता किया कि कौन गिरा,
और यह पता लगने पर कि नाई मरा है, उसने नाई को बुलवा कर अपनी मालिश शुरू करवा दी ।
