What is the underlying message please?
Knowledge/Education कभी भी excess नहीं हो सकती,
इसे बढाने की गुंजाइश हमेशा रहती है।
Then how does the above explanation fit in the context of dress?
जाडों में ,बहुत सारे वस्त्र पहने हुए भी overdressed नहीं लगते,
ज्ञान कितना भी होजाय पर over कभी नहीं होता।
But in winters if we really put on many layers, we look bulky and odd. Probably when people just read or study a lot without implementing their knowledge in good pursuits, they look odd.
