But in winters if we really put on many layers, we look bulky and odd. Probably when people just read or study a lot without implementing their knowledge in good pursuits, they look odd. Reply

What is the underlying message please?
Knowledge/Education कभी भी excess नहीं हो सकती,
इसे बढाने की गुंजाइश हमेशा रहती है।
Then how does the above explanation fit in the context of dress?
