    turning a negative thought pattern into a positive one simply requires a bit of patience and persistence.
    You just need to make a conscious effort for a short time until the positive thought process begins to take over.
    Positive thinking is not planning for tomorrow,face it now as we all know tomorrow never comes.

    Couple that with accepting what life has to offer and constantly working towards bettering ourselves on both professional (or worldly) and spiritual fronts (without any expectation of feedback or outcome)!
