Normally a person who has occupied a particular chair/ position, will give a lecture on the subject for which that chair is created. Who occupies that chair ——-!
The meaning of “who occupies that chair”, in the above context, was sought from Taneja uncle and he clarified the following:
“Everywhere there are positions, even in religious systems, there are “mahants” etc. Mostly these people talk because they have occupied that seat,& speak on the subject for which that chair has been created, may not be their own experience(by reading on those subjects). “
