जाप, पूजा आदि बैठकर या ख़ड़े होकर करने के लिये क्यों कहा है ?
बैठने से 90 Degree का Angle बनता है, लेटने से “0” Degree का ।
यदि हम अपना ध्यान / Efficiency 90% (100% जो आजकल हो नहीं सकती ) रखना चाहते हैं तो बैठकर या ख़ड़े होकर करें ।

May be somebody would like to experiment:
1.While lying down on back but with folded legs (both)again there is an angle.
2.While lying but with folded legs (one leg folded & one leg straight)again there is an angle.
3.While lying but with folded legs (one leg folded & one leg straight & arm folded- say right upwards & left arm straight )again there is an angle.
4.All these postures will have different effect.
We have to find out the best.
