1) लोहे को जब तक तपाते रहोगे, उस पर जंग नहीं लगेगी ।
2) बिना व्रत / उपवास का तप –
अपशब्द / निंदा सुनकर प्रतिक्रिया नहीं करना ।

    Therefor Everybody should follow Uttam tap dharma.
