We are habituted to live difficult life,
so we dont understand simple things ,
once we start understanding the simple things (TRUTH), no one can stop us being a happiest person on the earth.
Of course, truth is simple.
As to tell a lie one has to exert pressure on mind, where as for truth no problem, one can just speak out without any thinking.
