बोलने में जितनी शक्ति लगती है ,उससे दुगनी शक्ति बोलना रोकने में लगती है ।

Very true. Bhasha samiti , does not only mean to say the right things, but also to not say the wrong things at the most tempting moment, which is more difficult. E.g.Hum ooncha dikhne ke liye, doosron ko girane se pehle dobara nahin sochte, aur isliye galat shabdon ka upyog karte hai. That is why, we should always choose our words carefully, jiske liye man saaf hona bahut zaroori hai. Ultimately, that will guide our actions.
