पहले अनुकूल परिस्थतियों में आनंद से रहना सीखें,
फिर प्रतिकूल परिस्थतियों में आनंदित रहने की आदत ड़ालें ।

तब आप आनंद से परमानंद की ओर बढ़ने लगेंगे/मोक्ष नज़दीक आ जायेगा ।
