परेशानी

चिंता करने से परेशानियाँ बढ़तीं हैं,
ख़ामोश रहने से कम होती हैं ,
भगवान को याद करने से खुशियों में बदल जाती हैं ।

    Yah kathan sahi hai, aatma ki pahchan kar loge to bhagwan se apne aap jud jawoge jisse pareshaniyan apne aap bhag jayengi or khushiyaan aa jaayengi.
