The literal meaning is very clear but can the symbolic meaning please be elaborated
If u are having good qualities but some one is not appreciating, it means- he is not having those qualities.
I think “THEY HAVE IRON DEFICIENCY” means ‘Ya to vo aap kee personality ko samaj nahi rahe ya to GUN GRAHAN DRASHTI ka abhaav hai.’
