संत सुकरात से शिष्य ने पूछा – कम से कम कितने दिनों का ब्रह्मचर्य रखना चाहिये ? एक दिन छोड़ कर जीवन पर्यंत का। मन न माने तो ? महीने के 29 दिनों का। फिर भी मन न माने तो ? सिर पर कफ़न बांध कर जो मन में आये वह करो।
