भगवान के निर्वाण दिवस पर लाडू़ सिद्धालय/ सिद्ध-दिवस का प्रतीक है। लाडू़ का अर्थ है – “प्रिय” नई बहू को बुंदेलखंड में “लाडली” तथा राजस्थान में “लाडी” कहते है। इन्हीं भावों का प्रतीक है लाडू़।
