16 स्वर्ग के ऊपर के देवों को कहा जाता है । कल्प :- कल्पना भेदों की ( अलग तरह के देव ), भवनवासियों में भेद होते हुए भी, उन्हें कल्प नहीं कहते, कारण ? रूढ़िवश, 16 स्वर्गों को ही कल्प संज्ञा कही है ।
