पूत यानी पुण्य। इससे ही बना होगा “सपूत”। तभी तो बच्चे के बारे में पूछते हैं – “ये किनका पुण्य है ?” पर कपूत के लिए कैसे घटित करेंगे ? कपूत ही सही, पर लड़का पाना तो पुण्य से ही संभव होगा ना !
